THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND REPRESENTS THAT ALL PICTURE-TO-WEBP CONVERSION OPERATIONS PERFORMED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE EXECUTED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE USING THE HTML5 CANVAS API IMPLEMENTED WITHIN YOUR WEB BROWSER. THE COMPANY DOES NOT RECEIVE, TRANSMIT, STORE, ACCESS, OR OTHERWISE PROCESS ANY PICTURES, IMAGE CONTENTS, OR IMAGE METADATA THAT YOU CONVERT USING THE SERVICE. YOUR PICTURES REMAIN EXCLUSIVELY ON YOUR DEVICE AT ALL TIMES DURING AND AFTER USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our sponsored recommendations are selected by us, not by automated bidding systems. We may present these recommendations in different formats (e.g., inline banners or notification-style prompts) as part of A/B testing to determine which format provides the best user experience. Your format assignment is stored in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and is not transmitted to any server.

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics on ad impressions, clicks, and dismissals to measure the effectiveness of these recommendations. This data includes the recommendation format shown, your country code, and the partner name, but is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

8. OPTIONAL FEEDBACK SURVEY
